I had a flat tire when I left for the day.  Note to self:  new rear tire.  I headed off Sutter to Presidio to Euclid to Arguello to Cabrillo to 8th and into Golden Gate Park.  I went down JFK and headed over to Stow Lake.  The Chinese Pavilion looked especially inviting:

    Me:

I got on Portola and stopped at Corbett for pics of downtown.  Luscious:

I took Corbett to Ord and home for dinner.  My allergies have gotten really, really and I went to bed early in a decongestant haze leaving Mr. Poe to walk the dogs.

It warmed up nicely as the day wore on.  The spring weather is beautiful but I am sadly allergic to everything that goes with it.  Sniffle.

After work I headed off 2nd to Howard to 11th to Harrison to 24th to Valenica.  This is the view looking down Valencia towards Bernal Hill from Cesar Chavez:

I continued on San Jose to Wilder to Diamond to Monterery to Ridgewood to Flood to Hazelwood to Greenwood to Plymouth to Wildwood to Faxon to De Montefort to Ashton to Pico to Urbano.  Urbano is a pretty street built on the footprint of a former racetrack.  It's very beautiful:

I continued on Urbano to Bonica.  This sun dial once decorated the racetrack:

I continued on Bonica to Urbano to Moncada to Cerritos to Mercedes to Paloma to Ocean to Santa Ana.  This is the view down Saint Francis from Santa Ana:

I continued on Santa Ana to Portola to Twin Peaks and up to the viewing plaform.  Spectacular:

    Me:

I continued on Twin Peaks to Clayton to Corbett to Ord and home for dinner.  Mr. Poe and I made some travel plans for this summer.  I'm going to have a week by myself in New Orleans while he's at a conference in July.  It's the worst time of the year to go weather wise, but it will be pretty empty and I'll have it pretty much to myself which will be nice.  Finding vegan food there will be a challenge.

It warmed up nicely mid day and it was gorgeous when I went home for lunch.  Little Ashley Junior marched himself out on the front porch and sat in the sun until I had to go back to work.  It's poodle weather!
