    Sunday I lead a ride out to Novato with my friend James who I hadn't seen in a couple of months.  The weather was perfect and we had a great time.  It was the first long ride I'd been on since July and I could definitely feel that but I was pretty pleased with my performance.  Here's a couple of pics from cheese factory:

    Then we went and had lunch at Chipotle in Northgate mall and then made our way home.  Here's James in Fort Baker:

    I headed home for dinner.  I was beat.
