    I couldn't get moving in the morning and just came down Market into work.  I had lunch at work but managed a ride after work.  I headed off Sutter to Steiner and stopped to get a pic of pretty St. Dominic's:

    I continued on Steiner to Sacramento to Spruce and stopped at Washington and Spruce for a shot of my favorite view of the bay:

    I took Washington to Arguello to Lake to 8th and into Golden Gate Park.  I got on JFK and took that to Bernice Rodgers to MLK to the Great Highway and headed down the coast.  I stopped at the foot of Sloat for pics at the beach:

    I took Sloat to Skyline to Lake Merced to Font to Holloway to Gennessee to Hearst to Edna to Monterey to San Jose to Duncan to Valencia where I saw this guy riding a recumbent in this crazy shell.  It totally looked like a sperm:

    I continued on Valencia to 18th to Eureka to 17th to Ord and home for dinner.
