I spent most of the weekend holed up in my study watching Doctor Who.  Which I really enjoyed.  But I got not exercise at all and the weather was really nice so I have mixed feelings about my Who marathon.  This morning I was able to drag my ass out of bed and headed off on the bike.  I took Corbett to Portola to Woodside to Dewey to Taravel and down to the coast.  I came up the Great Highway and then got on Geary to 34th and up to the Palace of the Legion of Honor.  Still too dark for pics when I was up there, sadly.  I came down Camino Del Mar to Lake to 7th to Cabrillo to 8th and into Golden Gate Park.  I headed over to the Music Concourse and got a nice pic of the De Young Museum:

I came out of the park at 9th and took it to Judah to 7th into Laguna Honda to Woodside to Portola to Twin Peaks and up to the viewing platform..... where it was pretty much too foggy to see anything.  D'oh!:

    Me:

I continued on Twin Peaks to Clayton to Corbett to Ord and home to get cleaned up for work.

Happy New Year!  I slept in a little and then Mr. Poe and I headed over to Nob Hill for our super fantastic brunch at the Mark Hopkins.   We've been there a bunch of times and I really like it there.  There's not a whole lot for me to eat but they've got a couple of salads and they keep the champagne flowing so I'm not gonna complain.  Here's Mr. Poe in Huntington Park before we headed in:

Here he is at our fabulous table with the spectacular view.  I love it there:

    Side view of the hotness:

Wonderful view towards Twin Peaks.  Likey:

Mr. Poe and I met up with Nathan and headed over to Mr. Chris's house for  his New Years Eve Party.  I noticed a bunch of new sculpture around the South Financial District and I'm loving it all.  This one reminds me of a video game:

We had lots of fun at the party.  David's got the cutest friends.  Mr. Chris got a vegan cake and it was delicious.  Nathan documented my enjoyment of it in a triptych:

We headed home right after midnight.  There was a huge swell of people into Muni at Embarcadero.  Here's Nathan enjoying the subway:

Here's Mr. Poe on the train:

We went home and went to bed.
