    I headed off after work Market to Geary to Polk to Sutter to Fillmore to Sacramento to Arguello to Lake to 23rd to Balboa to the coast.  I stopped for a few pictures of the beautiful afternoon at the beach. 

    And one of me with Sutro Heights behind me:

    I headed home through Golden Gate Park JFK into the Panhandle and then Stanyon to Page to Scott to Duboce to Castro and home.  Mr. Poe had managed to fall off of something he was standing on and has a nasty bump on his head and a couple bruises but no serious damage.  The dogs and I were very concerned and nobody slept well.
