    I was pretty beat when I woke up but I managed to drag myself over to the Sports Basement for my AIDS Lifecycle training ride.  It thankfully was not as windy as it had been on Saturday, but it was pretty cold.  We headed out to Petaluma which is a really pretty ride and everybody had a fun time.  And, we have the best looking riders:

    I didn't get home until 6:30 which meant I'd been on my bike a total of 24 hours for the weekend.  I was totally wiped out.
