Saturday I led a Different Spokes ride out to Petaluma.  We took a slightly longer route which was fabulous because the week before at come in just shy of a century and that’s pretty frustrating when you don’t realize it until you’re at home in your pajamas calculating your mileage.  But not this week.  This week clocked in at a very respectable 101.5 and I wasn’t such a wreck at the end of it.  In fact, Miss Smith came over that night and we took Rufus for a long walk and, at the end of it, Rufus was way more tired than me.

Will, Wanderson and David at Peet’s:

I think these are plum trees.  So pretty:

The fabulous view point at the top of Wilson Hill:

Little lambs are so much cuter when you aren’t planning on eating them:

Mamma was still super suspicious of us.

We headed into Petaluma.  This is St. Vincent De Paul’s–  the prettiest church in Sonoma:

    Some beautiful Petaluma homes:

We had lunch at High Tech Burritos.  I wisely avoided their burritos and was pleased with that decision.  We headed home through Novato and Petaluma.  Here’s everybody at the Golden Gate Bridge:

I headed home and got cleaned up and then went walking with Miss Smith up over Upper Market, Collingwood Hill and Liberty Hill.  We were all exhausted when we got home.  I ate some more and went to bed.
