Sunday I got up early and went for a walk before work. We’re gonna get some weather today and it was nice to get some exercise before that started. I drove over to my old neighborhood and walked around there. It’s lovely:

I got back in the car and went to get Mr. Poe a Starbuck. It’s at a grocery store and I thought that I’d pick up a couple more bottles of wine while I was there. In the back of my mind, I was prepared for not being able to buy alcohol on Sunday until noon but the checkout lady apologetically told me that she couldn’t sell it til 8AM. Which seems very early and why on earth would you bother to even have a blue law if it’s so early. Thankfully, I wasn’t planning on drinking it just then.
