Sunday I led a Different Spokes ride over to Fairfax. I had stuff to do in the late afternoon so I couldn’t do a longer ride. Erik and Hugh showed up and we had a really good time. It started off foggy and cold but the weather was much improved after we got north of Camino Alto and it was pretty the rest of the day.

I went home and had lunch and switched bikes so I could wear mountain shoes and then headed over to the Sports Basement in the Presidio for training ride leader training for the Lifecycle. All two and a half hours of it which seems gratuitously long but it was great to see a bunch of people I hadn’t seen since the ride.

I made it home a litte after seven and had dinner and watched Scooby Doo– The Mytery Begins on television. It was terrible. It had all the plot of the half hour cartoons but it was two hours long. Ouch.
