My cold was both unpleasant and something I didn’t want to share with my coworkers so I worked from home on Wednesday and Thursday. Friday I came down Market into work. I was feeling a little better towards the end of the day so I went riding. I took Columbus to North Point to Van Ness to Francisco to Laguna to Chestnut to Lyon and into the Presidio at the Lombard Gate. I came around on Lincoln into Camino Del Mar and stopped at Seacliff for a pic of the pretty day:
Me:
I got on 30th to Clement to 34th to Balboa and down to the coast. It was a glorious day at the beach:
I headed south on the Great Highway to Taravel to 34th to Crestlake. I love the mid century modernity of Crestlake. So peaceful. So uniform:
The houses are more spanish a little farther up the street:
I continued on Crestlake to Sloat. I love the water building at 24th and Sloat. It’s fabulous:
I continued up Sloat. This is the view looking west from Sloat and Junipero Serra:
I got on Saint Francis. I love Saint Francis Wood. It’s so pretty and manicured and well behaved.
This is the view looking West down Saint Francis from San Anselmo:
I took San Anselmo to Santa Paula to Portola. This is the big radio tower from Portlola and O’Shaughnessy:
I continued on Portola to Corbett to Ord and home for dinner. I was beat.
