Today’s my first full day without my leg brace and my knee feels really tight, like it’s wrapped in tape, but I’m not in any pain at all which is good. I hopped on the bike this morning and noted that I’m getting more range out of my knee than yesterday. Looking good! I managed to cajole Mr. Poe into taking me out to lunch so I headed over to Bloomingdale around noon to meet him.
This is probably my favorite building in San Francisco, the Humboldt State Bank building:

We had lunch at Out the Door which was Vietnalicious. I had this curry thing and Mr. Poe had soup. Hello gorgeous!
We headed back to my office. This building has two kind of sketchy additionsm, one on either side. The seventies piece on the right was bad enough but the new wing on the left is pretty much awful. They aren’t reading as separate buildings to me because of the similarities in height so it just looks kind of crappy.
Me on Market St. Look! I’m wearing pants! For the first time in two months.
I’d never noticed this See’s slogan before. It made me giggle because the See’s lady looks a little meth faced if you ask me.
And then I was back to work. We’ve got Miss Sofi for the whole weekend! I’m so excited. She brought her own clog dancing shoes.
