I wasn’t feeling much better when I woke up on Sunday and I manged to sleep until almost NOON. I finally crawled out of bed and had some breakfast. Mr. Poe had been up at like six or somthing like that and had been doing yard work and laundry and cleaning and blah blah blah and wasn’t too pleased with me by the time I rolled out of bed because he’s convinced it was a product of the giant comedy sized beers I’d had the night before and not lack of sleep because of the puppy and all the biking I’ve been doing. I finally rolled out of bed and did a little work and hung out with the dogs. Who were also sleepy. Here they are napping. Note that the baby is actually sleeping on top of Rufus. And Rufus doesn’t mind a bit:
I finally managed to get showered and we went to a party at my friend Kurt’s. Have a look at the elf outfit he wore to his party:
Now that’s some glamour! We headed home and had dinner and was back in bed by 8:30. Lazy weekend.
